In 2005, The Delta Companies planned an aggressive growth strategy and empowered its people to turn an idea into reality. This company is the result, and we attribute its success directly to our people.
The Delta Companies humbly began as Delta Medical Consulting, next door to the garage of a drag racing team. When the racing team would fire up its engines, Delta recruiters had to explain to doctors and CEOs what the noise was.
Today, the Delta Companies is a recognized leader in the staffing industry. Five companies complete the suite of healthcare staffing services, and the original company, now known as Delta Physician Placement, is the nation’s second-largest physician search firm. In 2008 we entered finance and accounting, our first staffing vertical outside of healthcare. Growth has been completely organic, giving us the flexibility to create and control our own unique culture.
Employees believe in The Delta Companies with enthusiastic devotion: our turnover rate is less than ¼ of the industry average, and over 80% of our new hires come from in-house referrals.
